If the company has been submitted to Companies House we unfortunately won’t be able to cancel the service as Companies House do not provide any facility to stop and cancel a submitted application.

If the package you have chosen also includes hard copies these will be posted to you as well.

A Person of Significant Control (PSC for short) is a requirement, and all companies must now have a PSC registered. This is often the same person as the director/shareholder.

We would always recommend issuing 1 share at £1.00; this choice is the most widely adopted initial value.
